Expressing sympathy for the plight of orphaned children during the global epidemic, Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani has made an important announcement of Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana to help such children for study and future career including financial support.
 On the occasion of the completion of seven years of the NDA government led by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Bhai Modi, the Chief Minister has announced the assistance from the PM Care Fund for the financial support and future care of the destitute orphans with a sympathetic approach.  Congratulations to the Prime Minister for that.
On the eve of the completion of seven years of the present government of Shri Narendrabhai Modi, the present government of Bharatiya Janata Party in Gujarat has announced this Mukhya Mantri Bal Seva Yojana for the economic support of orphans and destitute children in Gujarat and their future.
 Shri Nitinbhai Patel, Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Saurabhbhai Patel, Minister of State for Energy, Shri Pradipsinh Jadeja, Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri Anil Mukim, Chief Secretary, Shri K.  The child service scheme was announced at a meeting of the core committee held in the presence of Kailashnathan and senior secretaries.
Giving a detailed introduction to the Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana, Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani said that the Corona epidemic has created a situation where many people have lost their lives.
 He sympathetically added that some have lost their beloved children, some have lost their siblings and many children in the state have become orphans and destitute due to the loss of both their parents during the Koro period.
 In this regard, the Chief Minister said that the sensitive government of Gujarat is fully sympathetic to the plight of such destitute and parents who have lost both their parents in this difficult time of Corona and has shown its service to provide financial support to such children through Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana.
Explaining the benefits and other features of the Mukhyamantri Shri Bal Seva Yojana, he said that the children in the state who have lost both their parents will get the benefit of the state government's "Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana" for their livelihood by providing financial assistance.
Scholarships prescribed by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment to the children belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, NTDNT and Economically Backward Classes of the State and Tribal Development Department to the Resolutions, Circulars, Rules of that Department.
The benefits of all the schemes of all the corporations owned by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment and the Department of Tribal Development shall be given to the eligible children without considering the income limit.
 • Not only this, educational loan for study in the state as well as loan for study abroad will be given on priority basis
 irrespective of any income limit.
 • Such orphans and destitute children will be covered under Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana (MYSY) for higher education and its benefits will be given on priority basis without any income limit.
By including such destitute girls under Kunwarbai's mameru scheme for marriage, the benefit of this scheme will also be available and the amount of mamera will be paid by the state government under the scheme.
